Salmon with French garlic and saffron

Ingredients:
• 2 loins of salmon
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 French garlic, sliced
• 1 red chilli, sliced, seeded
• 1 teaspoon saffron
• 30g olive oil q.s.
• Salt q.b.
• Pepper q.b.

Preparation:
Put some olive oil on the bottom of the pyrex you are going to use.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper and set aside on the pyrex.

In a frying pan, pour the olive oil and add the onion, the garlic, the chilli and the leek, add the saffron and let it saute for about 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour the mixture over the salmon and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
